I was sick of seeing women chasing cookie cutter routines that just don’t support their life goals.

Here is the thing,

We are always in some sort of a routine - eating, moving, thinking, feeling. But most routines aren’t intentional. They are simply reactionary or on autopilot. And they certainly don’t support our personal aliveness.

This membership isn't just about following a plan until it’s over and then reverting to old habits. It's about focusing on your well rounded physical health as well as your mental and emotional state to create cleaner, more aligned energy and space for a better quality of life.

I’m a certified mindset and wellness coach dedicated to helping women transform their bodies and minds to live life to their fullest potential. I’m also a mom of two boys and love to cook, travel, and inspire change.

My coaching goes beyond surface-level strategies of diet and exercise. I work with clients to address mindset, emotional regulation, consistency, energy management, and radical self-acceptance throughout the challenging and emotional journey of new habit creation, and personal transformation. FAQ

  • Mind Your Body Method is membership designed to help you create and implement personalized, nourishing routines for a vibrant mind and body and so much more. The membership integrates nutrition, movement, mindfulness, community, and accountability to help you thrive in a sustainable way.

  • For the strength classes, you’ll need minimal equipment, including:

    A set of light, medium and heavy dumbbells 

    Resistance bands

    A yoga mat

    A good wifi

    Most exercises can be modified to suit different fitness levels, so you don’t need a lot of fancy equipment to participate.

  • It is great to exercise in the community and we encourage you to show up to zoom classes but if your schedule gets busy all the sessions sessions are recorded and accessible in the community portal, so you can participate at a time that suits you best.

  • You will be in full control of your subscription. You can stay for as little or as long as you like and will be able to cancel your subscription if the membership is no longer feeling like a good fit.

    Note that due to the nature of this membership I will not be providing refunds.

  • Mind Your Body Method focuses on sustainable, intentional actions rather than quick fixes. We also go beyond body and work with your mindset because we believe that sustainability comes from your relationship to your routine and not the routine itself. MYB Method integrates various aspects of wellness—nutrition, movement, mindfulness, community, and accountability—to create a holistic approach to health. The membership is designed to support you in a way that feels nourishing rather than punishing, helping you to thrive in your body and life.

  • You'll have access to our Slack community for support, which includes group coaching on the most common challenge. There will be live coaching sessions and events to create a sense of connection and support.

  • No worries! The membership is design to by pass any all or nothing mentality. Also all live sessions are recorded and available in the community portal, so you can catch up at your own pace or just take a break and return to the program without guilt once your vacation is over. We want wellness to fit your multidimensional and busy life. There is no room for rigidity in Mind Your Body Method.
